Information Buyers Should Provide

Please provide the product type; grade or standard; intended application; material category (Prime, Prime Excess / Prime Overrolled or Secondary); and product form,coil, sheet, plate, billet or other.

Where applicable, please provide thickness; width; length; coating specification and coating weight; surface finish; colour or RAL code; and any technical tolerance requirements. Supporting drawings or specifications may be attached to the form.

Please provide the required quantity; preferred origin; target price where available; preferred Incoterm; preferred payment term; and the required delivery period.

Please provide the destination port; delivery location; packaging requirements; inspection requirements; documentation requirements; and any additional technical notes.

Depending on the product, supplier, destination and agreed transaction scope, our team may coordinate selected documentation, inspection, logistics and delivery requirements. This may include the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Mill Test Certificate where available, Inspection Report where agreed, Weight List, cargo insurance documentation where applicable, freight coordination, shipment documentation, warehousing and transloading coordination, delivery coordination and other transaction-specific documentation.

Documentation and delivery arrangements are subject to supplier records, product category, agreed Incoterm, shipment method, destination requirements and transaction scope.
